 Xiamen Chi Jie Mold Industry Co., Ltd locating in Huli Xiamen, was put into production in June in 1998 with an area of 4000 square meters and investment of 10000000 RMB in prophase.It is one of the largest mold factories in Fujian province, membership of State Mold Industry Association and director of Fujian Mold Industry Association. We mainly design mold and other product by PROE software and program with CNC working center. We bought a British tri-coordinate measurer with research institute, six EDM, 1 super-mirror spark machine, 6 computer numeric controlled cutting machines, 12 universe numeric display milling machines, 2 lathes, 2 precise plat grinders, 1 huge arm drill, 1 small desk drill, 3 ultrasonic rag wheels, 2 grinding wheels, 1 Longmen crane with the load capacity of 5.5 tons, 1 manual fork, 1 plane hydraulic presser, 16 sets of injection molding machines. Besides, we are going to buy a Longmen working center in size of 3000?000?000. We stock materials strictly according to ISO system and all the mold frames are produced by Longmen (LKM). Steels are Sweden 718, Japan NAK80 & 5BHA and other hardwares are from famous manufacturers both at home and abroad. |
